During the assembly process some tiles needed to be sized and made square. Here Spider Johnson is removing 1/32 of an inch from Dennis Chenoweth's tile to square it up.

Here the tiles for the left panel are being glued to a plywood substrate with a large vacuum bag being used to apply the required pressure.
All panels were finished with a sprayed coat of lacquer in Cindy's shop.
